At Meadow Creek Baptist Church, our team is more than a staff . We’re a family of servant-leaders united by one mission: to Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples. Each person brings unique gifts, experiences, and callings, but together we share the same heart, to see lives changed by the gospel. We value teamwork, authenticity, and a culture of grace that encourages spiritual growth in everyone we serve. Daniel Cox
Pastor
Daniel became part of the MCBC family in 2019. He grew up in Granbury, Tx, studied Architectural Engineering at Tarleton State University ('07-'08), and earned his Bachelor Degree in Church Music at Baptist Bible College ('13). In 2010, Daniel married Christin and they were blessed with 3 children, Chloe, Kaleb, and Joshua. Daniel now serves as the Pastor at MCBC. He loves spending time with his family, teaching, playing any stringed instrument, playing disc golf and grilling with friends!
Jacob Cox
Worship Leader/Student Pastor
Jacob joined the MCBC family in 2022. He grew up in Granbury, Texas, and has always had a heart for ministry and music. After 8 years in the Air Force, Jacob, his wife Kayla and their 3 children moved back to Texas. Jacob now leads worship each week and oversees the student ministry at Meadow Creek. He has a passion for helping people encounter God through authentic worship and for seeing people grow in their walk with Christ. Outside of ministry, Jacob runs his construction company, enjoys playing stringed instruments and spending time with family and friends.
Michele Chaney
Daycare Director
The Chaney family joined Meadow Creek Baptist Church in November 2000, after moving back from San Antonio. Michele started working for the church in February 2001. Originally, she was an Upper Learning Center supervisor for our BBT academy and also helped with financials. Michele started working in the daycare office full time the summer of 2000 and became the Daycare Director 2007.

Jonathan Bowman
Awana Clubs Commander
Jonathan and his family joined Meadow Creek in January of 2003. In his sophomore year of high school, Jonathan became very active in the youth group. He was also involved in helping out at Vacation Bible school and in different areas of our children’s ministry. Jonathan started working in the Awana program as a helper, then as game director. After a few years out of the program he was asked to become the Awana Director in 2017.
